Atypical Depression is the most common type of depressive disorder. People feel sadness and sometimes hopelessness in this disorder. Symptoms of atypical depression include not eating and sometimes an increase in sleep and eating. A positive event can help a person improve their mood.

  • Situational Depression

Situational depression is also known as Reactive depression. Common symptoms of this are a series of changes in everyday life like the passing of some loved one or the ending of a marriage or relationship struggles.

This is a new type of depression affecting children who struggle to control their emotions. The reason for this is children suffering from disruptive mood dysregulation faces mostly temper outbursts in response to frustration.

Growing up in an abusive family can leave a lot of psychological damage to a child. Whether it’s physical, emotional, or sexual go on to develop depression and anxiety. Coming from a broken family or abandoned by a parent at a young age can also lead to this.

  • Lack Of Social Support

A lack of social support is an important factor in a person’s depression. Having few or no relationships or friends can become the cause of this. It leads you feeling isolated and alone.

Depression treatment is not impossible. It can be treated in different ways. Like doing regular exercise, walking daily for at least 30 minutes, Taking care of your health and diet.

Also do not oversleep, sleeping for at least 7 to 8 hours will be enough. Socialize with family and friends. These things can relax a person’s brain. So it’s better to not use too many social media platforms.
